About the department (KPP)
The Department of Labor Law and Social Security Law is one of two scientific-academic workplaces in the Czech Republic dedicated to comprehensive teaching and scientific research of social law. In addition to the core subjects, which are labor law and social security law, the department offers elective subjects that supplement and expand, whether in terms of theoretical or practical knowledge and application situations, the material that is given attention in the basic subjects. Members of the department regularly present their conclusions at domestic and foreign conferences and scientific forums, including as a follow-up to their involvement in grant activities. Along with this, they publish in domestic and foreign periodicals.
