The house at Sady Pětatřicátníků 14, No. 320, is a Neo-Renaissance administrative building built between 1904 and 1906 according to the designs of architect Ladislav Skřivánek and builder Josef Houdek by Pilsen builder Josef Špalek. The building with Neo-Renaissance facades and a characteristic corner tower was built for the Pilsen Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It stands on the site of the city walls, later the old Pilsen theater.

In 1993, the building was declared a cultural monument.
