About the department (KOP)
The Department of Commercial Law is one of four scientific-academic workplaces in the Czech Republic dedicated to comprehensive teaching and scientific research of commercial law. In addition to the key subject Business Law, the department offers optional subjects that supplement and expand, whether from the point of view of theoretical or practical knowledge and application situations, the material covered in the basic subject. Members of the department regularly present their findings at domestic and foreign conferences and scientific forums. Along with this, they publish in domestic and foreign periodicals.
